Do they have "instructions" about how to get them to fit properly or to clen them?

They don't have instructions but they fit inside your bra near the bottom of the cup. When considering the placement...think push up bra, where most of the padding is at the bottom of the cup. These can be easily cleaned with mild soap and water. Thanks for your interest.
