There aren't any markings on these so I don't know if there real silver or not sorry. I can tell you I bought them for my Pandora Charm bracelet @ a sterling silver store. They are a little boy w/a Garnet birthstone for January. But I don't know if the stones are real either. I'm thinking not.

I usually ship 1st class mail w/o a tracking number. If your looking for something quicker then your welcome to pay for an upgrade via paypal. As for outside USA countries. Please send me a question w/in the link. I will sometimes do Canada and international but it depends and 99% of the time its not for free.
