iPod mini 1st generation. Blue. This is mainly for parts or for someone who knows how to really refurb an ipod. I will not be including any cords. But I will give you the screwdrivers in the photo and the BRAND NEW battery. So, even if you win this for the new battery and toss this ipod you will get something worthwhile. I got it here on Listia and was told it needed a new battery. I replaced the battery and it is still dead. So, I do not know what it needs. I can tell you it is not in the best of shape. There are a lot of scratches on the back. Someone did a horrible job of taking it apart before so there are marks on the top and bottom plastic and they marred the metal at the top and bottom where they did a pretty ungraceful job of prying it open. There is also a small dent in the front. I put the new battery I bought inside and tried everything.. it still doesn't work. I have no idea if it's the hard drive, motherboard or what but I do not think it's just the screen because the computer doesn't recognize it when you plug it in. So, like I said... if nothing else, the brand new battery I bought for it is worth something. I will also give you the battery it came with.. if that's not what was wrong with it in the first place then you'll have two batteries. whatever the rectangle is in the bottom left is just a reflection.. The screen has minimal scratching but that just a product of my hideous photo taking skills. Thanks!
