If this is what I think, it is a box to put prayer requests inside. You write them on a small piece of paper and fold it to fit the little box. I have seen necklaces with this box but am not sure about the bracelet. It would work for that though. Watching and already a fan.

Fanned and watching. I used to have one of these as a kid. My mom had cancer I wrote on a piece of paper Dear God I hope I have my mommy tomorrow. And although the doctors gave my mom 6 months to live. She made it almost a full ten years. My prayer bracelet was given to me by a teacher when I was a kid.
I loved my little prayer box. :) I really want this!
