Ages 8 and up (i think some of the younger kids could do it too, but the package states 8+ so I wanted to make sure to include that info); great summer night fun - perfect for the backyard, camp ground or just in a dark room!

Create lighted designs and your very own light show with the multi-color led lights and the reflective string. It's small enough to fit into your pocket. You hold it with each hand and then move your hands around, thus move the string around and the lights shine and create tons of fun! It reminds me of a yo-yo but smaller and according to the package you can create all sorts of different designs and patterns that will light up the night!

Item is brand new and has never been opened. This runs on 2 small batteries (included) and they can be replaced so this is an item that can be used and used and used - you dont hace to throw it away when the batteries go out like alot of other novelty toys these days!
