I wore this twice. Gained weight. :). It is unique and cute. Zips all the way up front so can close or wear open. Fiorlino International name brand. 95 cotton, 5 rayon. Shades of brown, cream, etc. Double stitched everywhere, very well made. Collar, short sleeved, one front pocket.

15 inches across front should seam to shoulder seam, 38 inches around chest area.

The measurements are from right shoulder seam to left shoulder seam, top, is 15 inches across. ONE WAY, not awround. The breast/chest area of the shirt is up to 38 inches AROUND. Thanks for asking. :).

Front soulder seam to front shoulder seam is 15 inches. This is one way, not all the way around measurement. Short sleeves. Double seamed all over, nicely made. 38 inches around chest. VERY nice cotton shirt, easy care, cute.
