I think that no one should judge anyone untill the Listia court comes into session.
I am against no one or with anyone on this. Listia will be the only ones that will be able to see what has truly happened here. Listia is a wonderful place to be and we don't want newcomers to think otherwise. But with all of this havok and distorted views that may just be the outlook of other users. Lets try and have fun and let all the sleeping dogs lye. I am most sure if we are all positive this will all come out in the wash. Happy bidding. :) Lets all have some patience. Seriously, what's with all the mudslinging around here? In case you've forgotten, I was bidding on the iPad too! If I was really messing around, don't you think I would've just transferred all the credits to savage instead of unnecessarily inflating the bid?

Normally, I wouldn't mind people blocking me, but spam is a whole new level. I have lost all respect for you.

I would urge everyone to take a step back, wait for some info from the admins, and refrain from doing anything stupid and childish, such as spamming my listings.

Ok I'm w/ Natahoa. I've suggested that Listia go and relist for 10 days and block those that are creating havoc on this site w/ spamming false items to bid on. I mean come on now folks! Doesn't take a genius to figure out 1 +1 = 2! Who else in their right mind would give a positive feedback after loosing over 90000 credts on something they bid. So what if i got those credits back! At best Neutral feedback would've been given. That is unless i was in "cahoots" with savage to allow him to collect all the credits then have him give me a refund while he enjoys being able to bid on this auction and claim he is going to send the ipad to Tanya! Come on now. THEE ONLY person I know who would do that is maybe perhaps SAVAGE1106 himself! Ok there I've had my say and I've notified listia as to what I think should be done. We will see what they're willing to do. As far as I'm concerned case is closed!

Hello, we are conducting a full investigation now. Rest assured that we will not allow a fraudulent user to receive this iPad and also there is absolutely no reason to believe that the two account being discussed here are related in any way. Please refrain from spamming auctions.

I agree with you but apparently this situation has been going on WAY too long, and those of us who work like DOGS to earn credits with the hope of winning something nice ... well, sometimes we just have to take a stand. Most of us have a LOT of fun being part of this community, and don't expect this sort of shenanigans that can ruin it for everyone. Hey, just to set things straight, I'm not in cahoots with savage. If you put yourself in his position, it would be pretty hard to justify spending $1000 on credits. Especially with the current economic climate.

And I got refunded, so I don't really have anything to lose. Sure, I'm disappointed, but but that's no reason to be uncivilized towards people you hardly know. We're all adults here, so let's act thusly.

So go ahead and block me if you'd like. I don't mind either way. I just want to let people know that savage is a good guy, and that you shouldn't make assumptions about matters in which you have no business in.

C. I submitted a request to Listia suggesting that they just end this auction and relist it for a 10-day period, and block anyone who has been playing games with the credits. If you agree, you might also want to send Listia a request, or with you own ideas what to do about this mess.

Been on this board too long and am able to spot a bunch of fraud when i see it as you do Nat. Getting to where the only auctions i'm willing to bid on are from the old ladies and listia.com itself. Very sad day indeed when I look at my blockings and see almost 100 people I've been forced to block! Very sad indeed!

Let's all remember, that if it wasn't for new members that there would not be a Listia! Let's all have fun and maybe we can go on a picnic later. :0

You made a mistake and you are the one and only person responsible for your own actions!!!! You had the MAC Computer on here, so you should not have been using it for your pleasure. You should have put it away and then shipped it out at the end of the auction to Twincere.......You are the ONLY one at fault here, no one else made you take the computer and "spill" something on it! If you list something, you should not use it just so you know nothing will happen to it.

One more thing, yes our opinions are relevant on here when YOU go bashing our friends like you have. They are upset with you for what you done and you are the one acting like a child, not a grown up.......A grown up would have put the computer up and out of harms way until the end of the auction, to ensure nothing happened to it. So yes, we do have a "right" to voice our opinion on here! If you don't like it, please feel free to quit stopping by and reading our replies / comments!!!

Nat loved all your comments on hcaaman's auctions..I tried to follow when i too got blocked! LOL! but you're so right Nat. Everyone should know what we're dealing with. Funny how both Savage1106 and Hcaaman both have classes and were getting rid of laptops etc. Hmmmmmmmm wondering just wondering! LOL! How is warning people of possible fraud spamming someone???! Nat ? any thoughts on that one? I don't see how it's spamming an auction when someone wants to be untruthful and may be in "cahoots" w/ someone we know is creating fraud!

going to suggest that to Listia as well and they should do more then just block or suspend . they should justifiably cancel these accounts thru their isp! This way can stop creating accounts and the havoc they create! :)
