This is a memory card that was taken out of a computer before the computer was thrown away. The information that is on printed on this memory card is as follows:

I used that little information off of it to do some research about this item and this is what I found:

This is a 128 MB DIMM Pc-100-322-620-168 pin Memory card.

Other than that, I know nothing about this item.
