In my humble opinion, "Of Human Bondage" is one of the Greatest films EVER made. VERY young Bette Davis is brilliant in this cruel role opposite the incredible, crippled, Leslie Howard. As far as my favorite actress, possibly ever, well that would be Carole Lombard. In this movie, a John Cromwell production, she plays opposite James Stewart and Charles Coburn. Despite the magnitude of acting skills of her ciolleagues, Carole steals the show with her physical comedy, which is nothing short of brilliant!! This is a GREAT Saturday night Double feature!! Take your laptop out to the car and pretend you're at a Drive in!!!
