Description
The listing, Silver No Date Standing Liberty Quarter SLQ has ended.
Dating somewhere between 1916 and 1930, this classic quarter is still worth its weight in silver even though you can't see the date or mint mark. A great investment for your XNK.
Questions & Comments
Nice! Whenever you see a no date, no mint mark, no stars under the eagle SLQ, there is a long shot it's a 1916. I haven't found one yet, but I'm still hunting.
No stars under the eagle on the reverse narrows this down to a type one, issued only in 1916 and 1917. The obverse has the shield rivets, rim beads, and drapery position on the wrist and ankle of a 1917. No mint mark makes it a Philadelphia minted coin. 1917-P Type One
