New with tags, size 4 American Eagle Outfitters blue and black buffalo check strapless dress. Can be dressed up or down, would be great with ballet flats or slouchy boots (or coyboy boots?). Super soft woven polyester and rayon with solid black lining of same material and black net trim. Feel free to ask any questions!

Chest is almost 15 lying flat and waist is about 13 but that's around your ribs because it's almost a babydoll style. I would say it's like a juniors small or medium. It would probably fit someone with a smaller bust best (or wearing a pushup bra?). I measured my bust for comparison and it's 33 around and this dress fits me pretty good, little roomy.
