How does all this work? I get these credits for doing certain things. I get that part, what i dont get is hw does the person who lists something on here get paid? Do they get paid incash or do they get the credits from the higest bidder who won the item?? Thanks in advance!!

Listia is a free auction website. You don't have to pay for anything (except, of course, if seller offers free shipping on a listed auction). The point isn't to make money, it is to earn points so you can bid on other people's items and wins things that you want. So, yes, the sellers get credits from the highest bidder.
