Yes it has the manual, usb, and a comp. intallation disk. ive only used it a few times..its basically new

doesnt record videos. its a Mini DCM-099 300K Keychain Digital Camera/PC Camera...It features a 0.3 MP resolution and can take images in high resolution (640 x 480) or low resolution (320 x 240) formats. The 2 MB of internal memory allows you to shoot and store up to 208 images.

it has a USB port, it can also be connected to a computer and used as a webcam, as well. Transfer your images to a PC and use the included Arcsoft photo editing software to make calendars, greeting cards and more.

Hello, as of right now I am winning this auction, I am wondering if I do win, how quick you would be able to ship this? I don't mean to be a problem but I am interested in giving my daughter this for her 6th grade graduation, and that is the 22 of May. ?? Would that be a possibility?
