Amspinks, first of all thank you for the compliment. This dress is womens, the belt is unattached and placed through loops, there is absolutely no damage, it will come to the winner in pristine condition and my niece who wore this is 5'6 and it came just at the top of her knees, so it will probably come just below your knee.
