You just have it listed backwards. Next time you need to list it as $5.00 shipping then note it will be free if it reaches a certain amount. Since it's listed as free I do't think you can charge shipping this time around though I could be wrong.

Hi there...Please don't take this as being rude, but just as informative and helpful... Listia does not allow any used make-up/cosmetics... even if they were only 'sampled'. They say that any makeup that has come in contact with ones skin, etc, is prohibited, due to the ease of spreading skin health issues, etc.
Since we don't and can't know every seller in person, only thru the internet, there are many health issues/laws listia has to abide by. Your best bet would be to have listia delete this auction, toss out any and all used cosmetics, etc... and relist with new products only. The only used health and beauty items allowed are lotions, colognes and perfumes. Listia will delete this auction anyway, because of the 'sampled' items, but if you put in a support ticket yourself and ask them to delete it (at bottom of any listia page-found when you click on 'contact us') there will not be any penalizing from Listia.
The auction could be a GREAT success if relisted with items that are allowed only.
Hope his helps you... and you can click on 'Rules' at the bottom of any Listia page and read the entire prohibited list before you post your auctions. It helps. I also refer back to that page when I list, since they seem to add new ones often.
