Ghostly white! Casper is just right for painting and carving and makes decorating easy. Fruit weigh 10 to 12 pounds and measures 8" to 10" across. The orange flesh is rich in beta carotene. Perfect for pies, breads, and soups.

Garden Tip: Harvest when rind cannot be pierced by your fingernail. Cut from vine, leaving 3" of stem on the fruit.
