I have one full bottle of Hartz Brand Ultra Guard Plus Foaming Flea and Tick Shampoo For Cats. Its never been used. I just came across it in the back of my bathroom cabinet. I remember buying it about 2 monthes ago but I dont need it now because my 2 cats have been treated with flea meds. So if you want it place a bid and good luck.

your right jorayne, most things do but this seems to not have one. turned it up, down and around but there is not one. maybe because its a pet product and not a medication. im stumped?????

mine has an expiration...but if you just got it two months ago it should be good...I mean I would think so anyways.

Sure, but where did you find the ex. date because I have searched high and low on this darn bottle? Lol! Im about ready to get out my magnifying glass and do a Sherlock Holmes on it or pull it from here until I find one. GI od forbid, would never want to hurt someones pet even if its unintentional.

It wouldn't hurt the pet....the stuff that kills and repells fleas just might not be as effective but will work.

I checked the bottles I have.... One is above the UPC code...and it is a code itself....the other is an actual date and its on the plastic lid part on the back.....yours might have gotten rubbed off .. no matter, I'm sure its good since you recently bought it.

I did what you suggested but nothing there. I bought it on sale, they scribbled a litttle thru the UPC code but I just unscrewed the cap and looked at the liquid inside. Wow its a bright green and yes its soapy. Pulled out the pump part a little and got a drop on my jeans. Doesnt smell bad, clean with a little anti bacterial smell thrown in.

I saw your comment just now and cracked up. I have never tried to bathe either one of my cats so your comment struck me as very funny. I think thats why I got the advantage and the shampoo got pushed to the back of my cabinet.
