Yes, I usually mix it in a bowl with conditioner until its a smooth consistency and then apply it to my hair. Make sure you wear gloves! I have really dark hair and it works wonderfully!

I have used this before and mixing it with conditioner will make it deactivate. It comes with a liquid developer to mix it with but you can use creme developer instead. This wasnt meant to be mean i was just informing. :)

You mentioned to another user that you mix it with conditioner...do you mean regular hair conditioner? Does this not need the creme developer?

I'm kinda new to the world of bleaching...as you can see in my picture, the red part had to be bleached first, but I got it done professionally. I have about an inch of my dark hair grown back in, and I wanna bleach it again so that I can re-dye it teal. I've always heard you have to use a creme developer, that's why I asked<3 Sorry if it got confusing^.^
