The listing, Almost antique LISNER(in block-oldest mark)Jelly Belly floral earrings for collector has ended.

This VERY vintage and almost antique highly collectable pair of clip earrings.They were made between 1935-37 with the oldest Lisner mark.It is the oldest pair I have ever seen!They belonged to my great aunt and she passed nearly 40 years ago.They are lovely with blue catseye type stone.They have been jewelry box kept and are in excellent condition.Here is a neat link on the history and value http://www.illusionjewels.com/Lisner_jewelry.html

They have a white finish on them.They do look unique...that is what caused me to take a second look at them to determine the age.I had never seen any like them.Most of the time I have just seen silver,gold,bronze coloring...something like that.Already a fan!

Thank you!I haven't but most of my jewelry is vintage but no where near as old as these.It is crazy to me that they survived all these years to be nearly antique and are in such great shape.Of course my great aunt lived through the depression and kept everything she had nice and just so.There was not such a throwaway mentality then like there is nowadays.

These clip earrings are really cute. I absolutely love vintage jewelry and these would be a perfect addition to my collection. I actually have a pair that are similar that used to belong to my grandmother. The pair she owned had red (I suppose that it must be garnet) stones, but are similar in appearance. F&W
