I've bought a few Disney movies in the past and have never used the codes that are in the case. I really have no idea how many points a movie is worth on their site.

The code will be emailed to the winner of the bid. You can go to
http://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/member/index.htm
and log-in. After you log-in, there is a spot on the right side to enter the code.

The movies that are available are:
Up
Monsters, Inc.
Wall-E
Toy Story 2
Toy Story 3
Beauty and the Beast
The Lion King
Enchanted

Are these for blu-ray or DVD?

Well, it's a combo pack so it's kind of both. I thought for the past few years, Disney has only done combo packs of Blu-Ray+DVD. If it does matter at all, it's the smaller blu-ray case. I believe all are the 3 disc set, which is the 2 disc + a specials dvd.
