Up for bid is a $12.25 USA stamp ..purchased awhile back at USPS post office.

Face value of stamp is $12.25.. (see photo)

Actual stamp measures 2 inches x 1.5 inches = ( 2" x 1.5" )

The item you see in the picture is the item you will get.

The reverse side is peeled to get to the adhesive side of stamp ..

Reverse side non-peeled side has a stain (see photo) (not adhesive section underneath)

What is the writing on the bottom?

random note made of no meaning not part of the actual stamp. Above B 1 1 1 1 is where the bottom edge of the stamp is. I could have cut this entire section off but I did not. Also the 6 cubed standing rectangle and the phrase underneath "PLATE POSITION" are to the right of the actual stamps right edge and are not part of the actual $12.25 usa stamp.
