Color screen yes. wifi-the Palm website says yes but I have not tried it. I would suggest googling it. Thanks for looking

I added some specs in notes. No wifi. Can access email, has a voice recorder, and yes, is like a pocket pc. I also added a new pic of the slider on the bottom half open. A memory card is included. A quality item. With a tablet, I no longer need this.

Apparently it comes with an app that is Versamail which syncs with your pc. I have not tried it and am tech challenged. If you google Palm Tungsten T Amazon has a really clear and straightforward discussion of the unit. Sorry I don't know more.
