Suoer cute mini skirt by Vanilla Star. The pockets have a faux pearl and metal embellishment with dangly heart charms. Fringed out hem
Button waist and buttons of the pocket flaps on back. Belt loops on waist
Pre-owned.a couple of the pearls have lost the luster coating. Not noticable when wearing, only with close inspection.
Washed look but no worn or thin areas, no fraying. Looks good
