Can you please post a picture of the item with a paper that has your username on it and the text "New to Listia" on it? As a new Listia user this is helpful to let us (your potential bidders) know that you are legit and in fact do have the item in your possession.

If you choose to ignore this request, 1) you'll likely get less bids and 2) your auction will likely be flagged for review and may be deleted by Listia. So if you are a legit user, please take this important step...

If you have a question about the product you should read the comments to see if someone might have already asked that. It helps the seller so she/he does not have to answer the same question multiple times. You can also look at details to see if she/he answered there or did an add on. She is not doing free shipping. She was unable to change it because someone had already bid. Once someone bids you can not change the info that the auction started with. You are aloud to have add ons though (under details) Hope this helped a lil with your problem:)

A tip to the seller: When a moderator asks you to provide a picture that means that YOUR auction is up for deletion. So it is important that you comply quickly or your auction will probably be removed & if you have been warned before, your account could be terminated.

Plus you will get more bids & a higher selling price by complying.

Legitimate sellers always comply quickly...

In order to have better results with your auction, please add a clear, close-up picture of your item with it powered on (showing current date clearly if it has that capability), as well as with it powered off. A picture of the back side too will help you, all with the same background. Also, it’s HIGHLY recommended that you write your Listia username on a piece of paper and have it next to your item when you take a picture of it. It adds bidder confidence that you in fact have this item in your possession.

While this isn't a requirement, this is requested so that sellers get higher bids from more bidders, and for the protection of our users who might be interested in bidding on your item. It'll also prevent your auction from getting flagged by users. We don't want your auction to get deleted for seeming like it's not real. Thanks for your cooperation and good luck with your auction!

You can't make side deals! Once you list an item you are entering into a contract to sell this to the highest bidder and to send it to the winner within 7 days of auction end - if the winner sends shipping! Shipping with delivery confirmation should be less than $6.00 if you use the flat rate box from the Post Office.
