Now don't get me wrong I LOVE JOHNNY DEPP.
He is a resident HOTTIE but NO ONE can play the role of Barnabus Collins like the original, Jonathan Frid!

I remember my older sister rushing me home from school so that she could watch DARK SHADOWS...The grown-ups had their own soaps but we were watching a show about Vampires. Hmmmmmm...maybe that's where my goth obsession came from. lol

Any who.....Here is the description...

Dark Shadows a 60's classic. A TV show with a gothic soap opera theme, starred Jonathan Frid and ran 1966 to 1971..This is a photo of Jonathn Frid.

This is a real 8X10 Photo printed onto photographic paper by a distributor, this is NOT a cheap computer scan.

This comes and is placed in a rigid mailer which protects it in shipping and allows the customer to display it the way they please.

Me too!! I know I'll like the new one but it's not anything like the original. The remake is supposed to be funny but the original was so dark and dramatic and they didn't even have special effects back then. lol

I would love to see the original show. It was before my time. lol I'm defiantly going to see the Johnny Depp/Tim Burton remake. Neither of them have let me down yet! F&W.

I'm definitely going to see the new one, too. You can'y go wrong with Depp and Burton BUT I just found a whole collection of Dark Shawdows VHS. I'm going to watch all the original episodes then see the movie. lol
