This Toy was part of my childhood. I am not certain when the last time it was played with by me or my brother but I do know it has been stored in my family home for the last 40 - 50 years.

I think that this Balloon Pump / Inflator dates to the 1950's or early 1960's.

It is in pretty good condition with only a few scratches / tears on the label which has rippled a little bit due to aging.

It seems to work as it does expel air when it is worked in a pumping type of fashion.

The instructions are printed on the label and they are legible.

This yellow two piece sliding cardboard tube with two metal / tin ends is approx. 7 3/4 " to 12" l x 1 3/4" in diam.

All in all, a nice Vintage Blue Bird Balloon Pump that can be put to use or displayed.
