These have genuine leather upper. They feature two adjustable Velcro straps- one at the ankle and one at the toes. The inside of the shoe says Dresden Leather Upper, Balance Man Made, Made in China, Z, 8.5W
They show no signs of wear at all. I have included a picture of the soles for you to judge for yourself.
