I like how you criticize me for Small Flat Rate Box shipping charges. An state listia shipping maximum without posting if verified more shipping is ok.

However you state free shipping over a 1000 , but have 4.00 shipping charge.

Yep. I didn't put free shipping in my ad my friend. As you read it, I have $4 shipping but will do free if it hits a price point. Perfectly within the rules. You may want to reread them :)

So as for shipping you stated 4.00 however will give free shipping over 1000. This I take it would be considered the discount they talk about in the first paragraph.
So at auction setup if you list free shipping then you can not change or add conditions in the listing itself ?

right. So you can put shipping price in and then offer free shipping after so many points. Although I get a lot higher bids with Free Shipping, though I do list a few item(s) with shipping to help out some on cost. As it can get expensive. But being New with 0 feedback I listed a few items free firstly just to build up feedback (It helps a lot with bids) I was just letting you know they put a cap on shipping items. And most won't bid or you will have to sell for only a few points. I to use paypal and with fees the $4 hits the mark for shipping with USPS. Good Luck.
