You might want to consider setting a high GIN or a High amount of credits for FREE shipping or even splitting the cost if the bidding reaches a certain amount. I only say that because you can buy 70 of these for less than the shipping cost you are asking

You can also use a med flat rate box and get 50 newborn diapers in them for less shipping. The shipping is quite high.
