its a mystery! it feels like plastic, i'll try to figure it out and post it later, the face is very strange, looks whittled, but i really dont know. i am at my daughters right now, so i will check in tomorrow.my dad wasnt a drinker, so it must've been my grannys, :-) i do know that my grampa whittled wood, i wish i knew the history of it.

i would say its an antique so i would use it for a fancy decoration or nic nac it is a relic indeed. :-)
