I was reading that less than 1% of seeds are viable, and that these plants are always propogated from leaf cuttings. How many of these seeds can i expect to germinate?

I've never started them from cuttings, although I think it's a good idea. Any plant has a better success rate with cuttings because you already have an established system for synthesis. More than half the seeds usually germinate for me..........but then again I am into direct pollination, and I think it helps a lot.
