Does this come with the case as well or just the disc and booklet? Also $8 is outrageous for shipping, no offense.

None taken, yes it also comes with the case, the $8 includes insurance and tracking/confirmation. If it is less I will gladly refund back the extra.

Would you allow the buyer to opt for a cheaper shipping option?

I can kind of see where you'd want the tracking and insurance on items you're shipping out, it's just that pretty low odds of something getting lost in the mail.

I would definitely let the winner opt for cheaper shipping, I usually ship by US mail, and that's always a good reason for insurance and tracking
