Hello! I agree with You: having a tract number the buyer is more at ease for his winnings than if he did not have this number. For me, sending with the number is very expensive ($ 4). If no number, then $ 0.8 US. At the start of trading on Listia, I sold several times with the number, but it was even worse, because postal clerks spoiled the postage stamps on the envelope. And so - all letters with lots to my customers always got successfully: with the number and without the number. A much greater risk exists with letters that come TO Russia. When I receive lots from Listia, then the Russian Post gives me envelopes in ragged form sometimes or sometimes they disappear. Although recently, after my disputes with the Russian Post, letters have ceased to disappear, but no one can be sure of how long this order will last. And so - all my dear buyers have received their lots on time and completely. There have been no complaints yet. Now I send all the lots without a number. If Your lot is lost by the postal service, we will always be able to come to a compromise with You: either I'll send it to You again or, if You wish, I will refund Your money. :)
