My husband had a ring but when he was swimming he lost it in the pool havent had a whole lot of money to put out for an ring with a new baby coming and all really hope to win this though

It means "Get It Now". Get It Now is an optional feature that lets sellers specify the exact amount of credits they would be willing to accept to end an auction early. Bidders would then have the option to "Get it Now" instead of going through the auction process and competing with other bidders.
