8 small REAL diamonds. I purchased this new from Kohl’s years ago but now wear gemstones like amethyst and kyanite but no more diamonds. :) it’s small but in perfect condition. The diamonds are all secure, pretty box with bow included as seen, necklace isn’t included.

I bought it from Kohl's jewelry counter so I know it's real diamonds and real gold if there. It's tiny and if there are marks I will never find them. I had matching earrings as well but I dumped the husband, sold the rings, and found this about a week ago in a jewelry box I hadn't seen in years. Besides that, not going to be very helpful I'm afraid.
