The listing, 100% Angora Rabbit Wool for blending, spinning, or felting has ended.

This was gently hand harvested from my 4yo daughter's bunny, Hansel. Hansel is a French Angora rabbit with a beautiful torte (white/brown) color.

The picture above shows what 1oz looks like in the box it will be shipped in. There is quite a bit! Use it alone, blend with other fibers, or add clumps for fun textures in your spinning.

Each lock is approx 3.5in - 4in long, white with a light brown tip. When spun naturally it makes unique striping affect in the yarn.

Smoke free home.

Nice looking fiber...I am sorry, but I must ask, have you checked for matting? Has it been carded?

There is no matting. That's one of the reasons I mail it in a box instead of an envelope. Hansel is a pet, so he is groomed regularly. This wool hasn't been carded. I only have small hand carders that make what I call "little poofs" instead of nice raglans or batts. If you would like the "little poofs", just let me know and I will do that for you. Thanks for asking!

I have won angora fiber from whipplebev and I didn't find any matting of any sort. It came in a nice box and the fiber was all fluffy and clean. You can bid with confidence. I know I'm going to!
