Sage is the rescue dog we adopted last January. He is a very stylish guy and is wearing a vinyl ("leather" coat) with a red belt and stars around his collar. I got the jacket at Foster and Smith mail order dog place and it was a close-out sale.

I think that not only did we rescue him, but he rescued us. He is such a sweet little dog. Sage has a whole wardrobe of coats, jackets, raincoats, p.j.s(he likes those after walking in a cold rain or snow), bathrobe, shirts, bow tie, etc. He doesn't mind being the best dressed dog.

I think it is so funny that you dress your dog like that! You are really funny. Maybe down the road you could change the picture and show him in another outfit! You are really lucky to have a sweet friend like that.... animals give you unconditional love and never abandon you.... I still have pictures of my Best Cat around my home even though he died a long time ago. He was kind of like a dog and adored me. I would get a pet if I did not have health problems; I am not able to care for an animal at this point. But they make such good friends.

It is wonderful you keep a photo of your sweet cat around. We keep a memorial section with pictures of our cats and dog that have gone to heaven. We lost two of our older boy cats this year...both were a little over 19 years old. Sage does look cute with his clothing. I keep up the one photo since I know Listia folks identify with a certain picture. If they have announcements regarding a pet item or anything else...it is much easier for them to locate me.
