The listing, Girl's size 14 capris by Limited Too has ended.

This is a pair of girl's capris by Limited Too, size 14. They are dark blue with a kind of aqua blue stripe around the waist with 3 little flowers. Soft elastic waist with drawstring. Side pockets, pockets on back, and pockets down on leg. Drawstrings at bottom of legs. Preowned but in super great condition and really cute!!

From side to side it measures 13-1/2 inches (I do not have a flexible measuring tape to measure all the way around--sorry). Hope that helps. The waistband is wide soft elastic and then the drawstring runs through the elastic.
