that is just a picture of the phone from the internet...it is a stock photo it is not the actual phone and the phone screen is not broken...phone does have some normal wear such as scratches but is only a few months old

yes i believe so...dont rely on that u may do some research and find out u can use it on other companies but it is a boost phone and i believe it can only be used for boost

i have owned a total of 3 of these specific phones, had to exchange the first one within the first week becuz it was messed up, then i had to buy another one when the reciept was passed date, then the last one i had the charge entry in the phone is weak, breaks easy, bought a phone half the price of this specific one, and works a lot better than this one...so, ya'all save your credits, this is not a good phone! i know by experience!
