yes the beads are a very hard plastic, they look just like new, still shiny and pretty, and I am sorry to say that the writing on the clasp is so small that I can not read it, I will try to read the clasp tomorrow when it is daylight and post it. thanks for looking :-)

Corcusgal.....i looked on the clasp of necklace and print was so small i could not read it and the clasp on the earrings the only thing i could make out on it was an "a", so i could not tell you if it was japan, usa or china.....sorry i tried....
