This auction is for an unlocked Black Motorola Razr V3. Works great! Will come with charger.

This phone is unlocked, which means AT&T and AT&T PRE-PAID, T-Mobile and T-Mobile PRE-PAID, and any other small company that runs on GSM Broadband and uses SIMS cards are able to use this phone.

If you have any questions please ask. If you have a specific company that you need to know about please let me know and I will do my best to look into if you are able to use the phone or not. Like I said, if its run on GSM Broadband and uses SIMS cards most likely you will be able to use it.

No unfortunately verizon works on CDMA and this phone is for GSM Broadband. sorry

No I dont have the instructions. But you can got the motorola website, they have the complete guides to all of their phones.

I didn't say ALL phones are like that. And no I didn't need to have it unlocked it already is...I've placed both my tmobile sims and my ATT sims in the phone and they both worked perfectly fine in this phone

Nah it was for a local company that doesn't lock thier phones. But keep in mind that as long as the phone is unlocked and has the capabilities to use a sims card then all u have to do is place your sims card into the unlocked Phone and it will work
