FREE: Handheld/pocket fan

The listing, Handheld/pocket fan has ended.

This is a hand held fan that operates on 2 AA batteries. It is brand new in the package and it says the batteries are included although I don't know how old it is so I am not sure if they work anymore. It is red plastic with green, soft blades.
We are NOT smoke or pet free so please remember that when bidding.
I can not afford free shipping so please do not ask. I do my best to keep shipping to a minimum. Payment will be accepted via paypal or concealed cash. I will provide my information tot he winner at the end of the auction.

I have had an issue lately with people winning and then not paying. PLEASE NOTE-if you win and then change your mind or can not afford the postage, I will keep your credits. I spend my time photographing, listing and packing. If you can't read that there are shipping charges then I am sorry. I am not trying to be mean or rude, I am just tired of everyone saying they didn't see the shipping charges.
