29inches all the way around but it stretches.. fits me ok and im a medium but it will look nicer on a bigger person since it is large size.

well im a 3 or 4 and it fits me good in the chest area and the length but it does fit me baggy..the straps are adjustable and im 5'2 so i think the dress would be shorter than above knee for ppl that are taller.
