Sterling Silver jewelry is often marked 925 or .925 (92.5% fine silver in the mix). So this ring isn't sterling silver, but it' still a pretty ring & it doesn't have to be "sterling" to look nice :o)

if it's not stanped with 925 then it's NOT 'Sterling' Silver! It may still be Silver,but it will have more nickle or other metal in it. It MUST be stamped with 925 to be 'Sterling'! I don't know what your web site told you but my Father has sold jewlery for yrs. and this much I know It absoulutly must be stamped 925 to be Sterling Silver!

nope not a mistake it is 625 sterling silver i googed it :) sliver is to soft to make 100% in jew. so they have to mix it with another metal anyway the 625 means 62.5% sliver

even when you google 625 sterling sliver alot pops up from alot of different websites so i dont see how like 200 websites are saying 625 sterling sliver if they are wrong
