new my mom purchased these but when she got home did not like them. She has a hard time walking stores so she did not take them back. The size is 9w and have velco straps.

I have a 100% feedback rating, and pride myself on good customer service.(As stated above I usually mail with in 72hrs but I would like to mention that per Listia rules I do have 7 days to ship the item, usually I ship with in 3 (72 hrs) after the auction is closed but there might be times when I will not send within three days, if thats the case I will email and let you know.)
