would this fit a 10 lb dog too, is it that adjustable???

I believe it probably would. would ot be as snug as in the picture so its really up to how you would want it to fit.

the way it fastens is under the neck and across the belly the straps are velcro so it would most likely work for any small but not to small dogs lol.

if you want to be sure you can measure him around the middle and I can measure the jacket to compare.
