I know the code will work in the USA, I do not know if it has region restrictions.

I believe the 48-hour codes I have are USA-only, though I haven't personally tested that.

Possibly. However, I've received complaints that my 48-hour codes do not work outside the US. Whether this is because they made a mistake using them or because they don't work there, I can't say for certain. Until I can find out, I'm going to continue attaching a disclaimer to them.
