I don't understand when you say," I was told...".....Who told you? Are they Apple knock-offs? Then that would be understandable, for example, if they came from China. But copyright and patent infringement is a crime. However, the Chinese blackmarket usually doesn't see it that way.....more liek "free trade." I wish you the best with your auction.

I am not sure. It is a pic of the actual item but I was told that they weren't actual ipod brand products. If thats the ipod logo then maybe who I got them from is wrong.
