100% cotton, fully lined, 80% polyester and 20% cotton.

Machine wash, tumble dry

Gathered area is 6 inches long.

Width at top across front 11.5 inches without stretching. Stretched approx 18 inches, these measurments are from seam to seam across the back, double the measurements for the total inches around.

I'm 5'2" if I hold it up to where the bottom of the elastic is at my waist, it hits me just below my knees.
