An interesting book that combines diet and (thankfully) minimal exercise to help you lose weight. Kind of a spin on the low-carb diet, but with info on how to boost metabolism, etc. Got great reviews on Amazon and a lot of people say it works (didn't work for me, but then again, I refuse to give up ANY of my pasta and bread!)
